Oregon's search for its next head football coach continues today in Texas. Here are five nuggets and insights from the search:
1) Oregon's search is headquartered in Texas. Athletic Director Rob Mullens arrived there on Thursday and set up shop, per a university source. Mullens has to be in Dallas through Sunday because he's on the College Football Playoff Selection Committee. Saturday is expected to be an especially active day for this search. Mullens is running the point, but at some point the PKs (Phil Knight and Pat Kilkenny) will get involved. That could happen fast.
