CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Cathleen Santoso earned All-American Scholar honors Monday afternoon for the second consecutive year as announced by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association. Santoso has become the first Duck to win the award in back to back years since Kate Hildahl earned the accolade in 2007 and 2008.
The sophomore from Sydney, Australia finished the 2014 season with a 72.90 stroke average, good for second-best on the team behind only Caroline Inglis, who averaged 72.31. Santoso played a total of 31 rounds during the course of the season and played at or below par in 14 of them, good for second-best on the squad.
