JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. -- The Old Dominion women's golf team finished seventh out of 17 teams at the Briar's Creek Invitational this week at The Golf Club at Briar's Creek in South Carolina.
"Briar's Creek proved to be a challenging course and the conditions were tough from start to finish," said head coach Mallory Hetzel. "Everyone battled hard and we were able to beat some good teams."
ODU (+24) entered the day in a tie for seventh with Kansas and carded a 12-over 300 in wet and rainy conditions to remain in seventh place.
