DENTON, Texas – The No. 4 seed Old Dominion women’s tennis team (11-9) advanced to the Quarterfinals of the 2017 Conference USA Tournament after defeating No. 13 seed UAB (5-15) by a 4-1 score on Thursday evening at the Waranch Tennis Complex.
After dropping the doubles point, Nataliia Vlasova, Eliska Petrackova, Ingrid Vojcinakova and No. 101 Borislava Botusharova won all four of the completed singles matches, as the Lady Tennis Monarchs cruised to a 4-1 victory over the Blazers in Denton.
