NORFOLK, Va. – Former Old Dominion women's soccer star Kathryn Hill (Dalry, Scotland) signed with Durham WFC, a women's football club based in Durham, North East England. Hill joins the club as part of the program's link with Durham University, and she will study for a master's degree in Education alongside playing for the FA WSL side and BUCS team.
The Durham Wildcats play their home games at New Ferens Park, Belmont. The team was founded in 2013 as a collaboration between South Durham and Cestria Girls and Durham University.
“I'm thrilled for Kathy, she is a player who has come to this program and taken every opportunity to better herself both technically and athletically,” explained ODU head coach Angie Hind.
