Javon Small plans to enter the transfer portal after one season as Oklahoma State's lead guard.
First reported by Travis Branham, Small is the second Cowboys player to enter the portal after its opening on Monday.
Small came to Stillwater from East Carolina for his junior season and averaged 15.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game in 31 contests.
He earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention honors and was OSU's leader in points and rebounds per game. Small was a steady force for the Cowboys, posting 15 or more points in 17 outings and five or more assists in 13 games.
