A motion to dismiss the felony grand larceny charge facing Oklahoma State basketball player Michael Weathers was filed Friday in Payne County, per documents on the Oklahoma State Courts Network.
Weathers was scheduled to appear in court for a hearing Monday morning but instead will appear at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Thursday, a misdemeanor charge of knowingly concealing stolen property was filed against Weathers. He is expected to appear in court Tuesday for that charge, as well.
Weathers has been indefinitely suspended from the OSU basketball team since his Sept. 9 arrest after reportedly stealing a woman's wallet at a Stillwater bar.
