Oklahoma State’s legal battle against Texas assistant coach Joe Wickline is inching closer to the courtroom.
A Payne County judge has scheduled a hearing at 9 a.m. on June 16 for both sides to discuss a possible trial schedule. Attorneys for both parties filed a joint motion to schedule time with the judge last Friday, according to a court filing.
