NFL Draft journal: Former Cowboy defensive tackle Vincent Taylor selected in sixth round

Vincent Taylor's wait is finally over.

The former Oklahoma State defensive tackle was selected No. 194 overall in the sixth round of the NFL Draft on Saturday by the Miami Dolphins. Taylor, a redshirt junior, was the first Cowboy off the board and the 13th defensive taken overall.

Taylor responded to his selection on Twitter. He wrote, "It's a blessing to be apart of @MiamiDolphins Organization ready to get to work!"

Taylor will go down among the most dominant defensive linemen in OSU history. His 12 sacks and 22.5 tackles for loss over three seasons are most by an interior rusher in the Mike Gundy coaching era.
