A once highly touted receiver out of Oklahoma State, Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon has been denied reinstatement by the NFL. For Justin Blackmon, and the Jaguars, this is a major blow to a once promising career.

At Oklahoma State, Justin Blackmon had a tremendous collegiate career catching 253 passes for 3,564 yards and 40 touchdown grabs. With those numbers, Justin Blackmon was well-regarded coming out of college and drew comparison to many great receivers including Anquan Boldin of the San Francisco 49ers and future hall of famer, Terrell Owens.
