Heading into next season, one of the biggest question marks for this Oklahoma State defense is who will make up the lost production on the defensive line. The Cowboys lose the following players from 2018:

• Darrion Daniels, DT
• Enoch Smith Jr., DT
• Jarrell Owens, DE
• Jordan Brailford, DE
• Trey Carter, DT
These six players combined for 161 tackles, including 38 for loss and 21 sacks. To put that in perspective, that’s 55 percent of the team’s total sacks. The guys returning at the defensive end and tackle positions recorded 31 tackles, including 5.
