The apology-fest is in full swing on Sunday afternoon as the Big 12 suspended its two-person replay crew and the MAC suspended its eight-person officiating crew in the wake of whatever that was we watched on Sunday at Boone Pickens Stadium.

Big 12 football coordinator of officials Walt Anderson announces a two-game suspension of the two-person instant replay crew that worked Saturday’s Central Michigan at Oklahoma State game.
“The crew missed an opportunity to advise the MAC officiating crew of the misapplication of the penalty giving CMU an untimed down that resulted in its game-winning touchdown,” said Anderson.
