NORMAN — Arkansas golfer Mason Overstreet will be back in Oklahoma this weekend to prepare for the NCAA Regional that begins Monday at the Jimmie Austin Golf Club.
The Laverne native, who finished his high school career at Kingfisher, will be able to see a facility that he helped spur on.
When Overstreet chose the Razorbacks over the Sooners, one of the reasons he cited was Arkansas' new indoor short course facility.
Friday, Oklahoma dedicated a short course facility of its own, holding a ceremony to cut the ribbon on the 11-acre outdoor facility named in honor of donor Jerry Ransom.
