The University of Oklahoma has picked Levy Restaurants as its official dining and hospitality partner, the school announced Friday.
The multi-year deal will include upgraded food options in concessions, catering and premium dining areas in OU's facilities, including Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium and Lloyd Noble Center.
Several new items debut this season at concession stands at the renovated Memorial Stadium. Those include Sooner Sausage (infused with bacon and barbecue sauce and topped with a bacon jalapeño jam), and the Boomer Brat. Sooner Nachos, a staple of OU concession stands, now feature crimson tortilla chips and are topped with house-made chili, nacho cheese, pickled jalapeños and sour cream.
