NORMAN — OU plays Oklahoma State in Stillwater on Saturday, in a game that has become increasingly important for the Sooners.
The Sooners are in sole possession of fifth place in the Big 12 with a 6-7 conference record and 16-10 record overall. A win would help get OU back on track and in a safer position looking ahead to the NCAA tournament.
“We're still not out of it,” Doolittle said. “We're 6-7, but the league is going so crazy that every game is important. You can't overlook anything, especially Saturday's game… That itself is a rivalry game, let alone just a conference game.
