The Sooners posted a three-day, 54-hole score of 15-under-par 849 to win by 17 strokes over Arkansas State and 13 other schools competing at the par-72 Briggs Ranch Golf Club in San Antonio, Texas. Oklahoma won the same tournament a year ago on its way to the NCAA men’s golf championship.
Junior Brad Dalke shot a final-round score of five-under-par 67. His birdie on the 18th hole on Tuesday earned him the individual tournament title, his second medalist honor of the season. He also earned top honors at the Nike Collegiate Golf Invitational in October.
