A couple of days ago, the first of what is considered the major college football preseason polls was issued earlier this week, and Oklahoma football was at No. 19 in the 2023 Preseason AFCA Coaches Poll.
Let’s get this out of the way right up front. That 19 ranking in the Coaches Poll to start the 2023 season is probably where the Sooners should be until proven otherwise.
