The Sooners took all three games from the Baylor Bears in the regular season, but you wouldn’t know that by the way the two teams played in the opening game of the 2018 Big 12 Baseball Championship on Wednesday in Oklahoma City.
Baylor starter Cody Bradford, the Big 12 Pitcher of the Year, looked every bit deserving of that high honor, striking out 11 Sooners and limiting the Oklahoma offense to just four hits in leading Baylor to a 4-0 shutout over the Sooners.
