Oklahoma State will join Texas in taking the day off from the Big 12 Baseball Championship on Friday. The Cowboys pounded Kansas State by a final score of 10-1 to advance to Saturday's semifinal round and send the Wildcats into a Friday elimination round.
It was a quick start for OSU who plated five runs in the first two innings and the coasted to an easy 10-1 win. The two teams swapped runs in the fourth when Kansas State scored their only run of the evening and then the Cowboys went on to score two more in the sixth and a single run in both the seventh and eighth innings.
