After redshirting during OU’s national championship season, Clayton made an immediate impact with the Sooners. As a freshman, he joined the likes of Antwone Savage, Curtis Fagan and Trent Smith in a crowded receiving core, catching 45 passes for 519 yards. He’d go on to catch a total of 221 passes for 3,241 yards and 31 touchdowns - all of which were OU records when he departed from Norman.
