Three-star linebacker Jordan Carmouche got his scholarship letter from the University of Oklahoma today, and it’s certainly an interesting one. In the letter, Sooners coach Bob Stoops refers to his program as “the premiere program in the country.”

Well, Stoops certainly has a high opinion of his program. Oklahoma certainly is a great program, having won eight Big 12 titles since Stoops took over in 1999 as well as a national championship in 2000. But to call it the premiere program in the country?
