Oklahoma football picked up its second commitment of the week from the Class of 2016, as Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) four-star linebacker Bryce Youngquist committed to the Sooners on Friday.
Youngquist (6-foot-1, 215 pounds) is rated as the No. 11 outside linebacker in the nation by 247sports.com. Youngquist selected the Sooners over offers from Oregon, Tennessee and Wisconsin, among others.
Youngquist is the Sooners' seventh commitment in the Class of 2016 and the second in as many days. Three-star safety Chanse Sylvie (Calvary Baptist Academy/Shreveport, La.) announced his commitment to OU on Thursday.
