Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s video feed flickered onto the NBA’s Instagram Live on Tuesday afternoon. The NBA has been connecting with its fans during the coronavirus pandemic through NBA Together Live sessions.
On Tuesday, it was Gilgeous-Alexander’s turn to take over the account with his cousin, Pelicans rookie Nickeil Alexander-Walker.
The two talked about the possibility of the season restarting -- “You need a warm-up,” Gilgoeus- Alexander said. “You can’t just go back (into playoffs) -- and how often their teams get together on video calls -- the Thunder does once a week, according to Gilgeous-Alexander -- before taking questions from fans.
