Fans are encouraged to take part in Nov. 10 and Nov. 22 food drives at Chesapeake Arena and three-week fundraiser at Whataburger restaurants
Oklahoma City, Friday, Nov. 1, 2019 – The Oklahoma City Thunder and Whataburger are teaming up again to help fight hunger in Oklahoma this holiday season through two food drives at upcoming Thunder games and a three-week fundraiser at Whataburger restaurants. The food drive is part of the 12th annual Thunder Holiday Assist.
“We are so proud to once again host the Whataburger Food Drive at Chesapeake Energy Arena this holiday season,” said Christine Berney, vice president of Community Relations for the Thunder.
