SI.com began their summer list of the top 100 players in the NBA this past Monday, releasing sections at at time as they build their way up to the top spots. Early Wednesday morning, it was revealed that Oklahoma City Thunder forward Serge Ibaka was listed as the 25th-best player in the NBA.
