Russell Westbrook had a remarkable season, becoming just the second player in NBA history and the first since Oscar Robertson in 1962 to average a triple double over the course of a season. On Wednesday, Westbrook spoke to media members for more than 20 minutes, recapping his season and looking to the future.
Q: What will you remember about this season?A: Just how we stuck together as a team. I think to me that's the most important part. Like I said (Tuesday) night, with everything happening last summer, people counted us out. They weren't sure how many games we were going to win or how far we were going to go or whatever, but I think the group of guys, we never let that sink in our building.
