Observational nuggets from the Thunder's 118-110 loss to the Clippers + short Thunder/Blazers thoughts

-The Thunder has the No. 1 opponents free throw rate in the NBA since the All-Star break (.355), an astronomically bad number. For perspective, the Suns are worst in the league this season at .313. The Thunder is simply fouling too much.

-With 9:08 left in the first quarter, Westbrook put the Clippers in the bonus by committing one of his patented “I didn’t get a foul call on a drive, so I’m going to unnecessarily waste a foul by hacking a guy to prove a point” moves. Westbrook does this about once a game. Typically it doesn’t result in him fouling out, but it gets teams a foul closer to the bonus.
