At the front of the room, Steven Adams towered over the microphone, spinning a wheel that was spitting out bingo balls. As the New Zealander somehow snagged the miniscule balls into his massive hands, Enes Kanter eagerly awaited the letters and numbers Adams was about to call.
New experiences in life are what keep things exciting. For Thunder big men Adams and Kanter, along with the residents at Epworth Villa’s, Saturday’s community event was a wonderful chance to try something new. It was Adams’ first time ever playing bingo, Only the second time Kanter had played, and it was definitely the first time the folks at the retirement community had played their regular bingo game with two NBA centers.
