Christon and Gaines lead the way for the Thunder in the Orlando Summer league.
The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Charlotte Hornets 76-74 in their first game of Summer League in Orlando. The Thunder will receive 6.5 points for their win, while Charlotte accumulates 1.5 for the loss.
The Thunder were led by great performances by Semaj Christon and Frank Gaines - both played for the Oklahoma City Blue last season. Christon racked up a 14 point, 10 assist double double and looked very much in control of the offense. Gaines put in 17 points, including some big baskets down the stretch
The two teams traded baskets throughout the game.
