The Buckeyes lost Joey Bosa and Adolphus Washington to the NFL and two nose tackles, Tommy Schutt and Joel Hale, to graduation from last year’s team. The Ohio State defensive line, particularly the tackle positions, was obviously a concern entering the 2016 season.
Then, tackle Donovan Munger’s career came to an end do to a health issue and Ohio State lost Tracy Sprinkle due to an injury at the beginning of the season. Not to worry though, Larry Johnson was still coaching the line for the Buckeyes and would work his magic.
Coach Johnson has the youngest group of tackles in the nation this year.
