A full season simulation in EA Sports NCAA Football '14 concluded with an undefeated Ohio State besting one-loss Texas A&M in a thrilling National Championship game that featured the Buckeyes erasing an early 14-0 deficit and breaking a 31-all deadlock on a game-winning touchdown quarterback draw with 2:03 remaining in the fourth quarter.
After besting No. 21 Michigan by 20 points in The Big House in their final game of the regular season, the Buckeyes blew past No. 10 Nebraska in the Big Ten Championship Game by a 44-17 margin. Ohio State's toughest test came in week 10 at Purdue, when they withstood a furious Boilermaker comeback - 18 points in the fourth quarter - to hang on and win by three.
Texas A&M got their season off right, beating Alabama by 17 points in week three. But they faltered, giving up 56 points in an odd home loss to Mississippi St. in week 11. Still, their win over the Crimson Tide gave them the tiebreaker in the SEC West, and they narrowly beat Georgia in the conference title game, a pair of fourth-quarter field goals giving the Aggies a five-point win.
Alabama finished the regular season in third place and ran all over Pac-12 Champion Oregon in the Rose Bowl to finish at 12-1. Oklahoma won the Big-12 and finished with just one loss - at Notre Dame in week five - before besting Cincinnati in overtime in the Fiesta Bowl to finish at 12-1 as well.

Clemson beat Miami in the ACC championship game to go to the Orange Bowl, where they managed to beat Notre Dame by a field goal to finish 11-3. The Irish went 9-4, with losses to Michigan State (8-5), Arizona State (7-6), Stanford (8-5) and Clemson (11-3), yet wins against Oklahoma (12-1) and USC (10-4)
The Sugar Bowl featured a pair of at-large teams, with Oregon (2nd in the Pac-12 North) beating Texas (2nd in the Big-12) by just five points back of a late fourth quarter touchdown.
