Bobcats hit patch of turnovers on Day 4

One of talking points at the start of fall camp for sophomore quarterback Quinton Maxwell was about his growth and maturity.

For head coach Frank Solich, a key component he was looking at was the Bobcats’ ability to limit turnovers.

Both were likely disappointed with Thursday’s morning practice inside Peden Stadium. Maxwell had his weakest practice of the camp, and the offense had five turnovers in team portions of the workout.

Ohio was working on specifics — certain plays against certain defensive looks — and it should be notes that Thursday was but a few plays in a ream of information that is collected over the course of camp.
