With Matt Forte of the Chicago Bears confirming that he will be hitting the open market in free agency, the talk surrounding the Oakland Raiders intentions to find a running back to compliment Latavius Murray have been confirmed. Reports surfacing that general manager Reggie McKenzie will once again be looking to add a running back through free agency once the period begins in March.
ESPN’s Adam Caplan reported that the Raiders will be amongst the teams looking for a running back come March, noting that Oakland could be a good fit for Forte with the team looking for another back to pair with their young breakout star in Murray.
