Crabtree fine after second-quarter ankle scare

Wide receiver Michael Crabtree experienced a scare during the second quarter when his right ankle was rolled up on by a defender after tackling fellow Raiders receiver Amari Cooper.

Crabtree hobbled off the field and tried to walk off the injury. He got it re-taped and eventually headed back to the locker room. By the start of the second half though, he returned to the game and caught four passes for 69 yards in the second half. He finished the day with team-leading totals of five receptions and 80 yards.

“I was scared,” said Crabtree, who two years ago suffered a torn Achilles tendon in that right foot.
