Coming into his rookie year with the Oakland Raiders back in 2008, Darren McFadden was supposed to take the league by storm after going No. 4 overall in the NFL Draft.
McFadden was a two-time Heisman runner-up at the University of Arkansas where he rushed for 1,830 yards his senior year, ran in 16 touchdowns, caught a touchdown, and even threw four touchdowns. Add a 4.33 40-yard dash at the NFL combine and the hype already seemed earned.
Then, McFadden only played out one full season in Oakland, which happened to be his last as a Raider in 2014.
