Clad in his typical khakis attire, the former 49ers coach chatted up A's coach Ron Washington and manager Bob Melvin. Harbaugh was a first base coach for the A's during a spring training game last season, and he's told reporters that he "really wanted to be a major league shortstop or a pitcher or a catcher.''
