Northwestern senior wide receiver Cameron Dickerson has been rule out for Saturday's season opener against Stanford.
Northwestern released its injury report Thursday evening for Saturday morning's game, and Dickerson was the one surprise.
Greg Kuhar, who tore his ACL against Notre Dame last Novemeber and has been rehabing ever since surgery, is also out. Kuhar was not listed on the official depth chart that was released Monday.
Matt Frazier is also out after a staph infection over the summer.
