Three-star safety Travis Whillock commits to Northwestern

Travis Whillock, a three-star safety from Katy, Tx., has committed to Northwestern. Whillock tweeted the news Tuesday less than an hour after high school teammate Paddy Fisher committed to the Wildcats:

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound safety is one of three class-of-2016 teammates with Northwestern offers. Fisher committed earlier Tuesday, and safety Collin Wilder, the most highly-rated prospect of the trio, has not yet decided. He has offers from Wisconsin, Duke, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt, and many others, as well as interest from Baylor, Texas and other top programs.

With Whillock and Fisher committing to NU, Wilder becomes the next name to watch for NU.
