ST. LOUIS — UNI quarterback Theo Day has been named the Missouri Valley Football Conference's (MVFC) Co-Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday morning. This is Day's first MVFC honor of the season and the second for the Panthers in the 2023 season.
Day, a redshirt senior out of Canton, Michigan, led the matchup against Youngstown State with 337 passing yards. He also accounted for four passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown, a career-high. He moved into fifth all-time on the Panther passing yards list with 6,643 career passing yards.
