UNC Offense Preparing For Shorter Games With NCAA Rule Changes

UNC Football is gearing up for a faster paced offense in 2023, though not entirely by choice. The NCAA instituted a rule that lets the clock run after every first down this season, excluding the last two minutes of each half. Since 1967, the clock had stopped after each new set of downs.
