November’s Most Noticeably Absent Guard spent an early portion of Tuesday working on a paper due Wednesday for a globalization class. Marcus Paige’s topic: the decline of the nation-state and its impact on the global economy. He had to put the paper aside to make the early shootaround at the Smith Center.
