The North Carolina Tar Heels men’s tennis team earned the ninth overall seed in the NCAA tournament this year. The team will host first and second round games at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center in Chapel Hill.
Today at 1:00 PM, the Tar Heels will face VCU. The winner will face South Carolina or East Tennessee State tomorrow at 3:00 PM in the second round.
Heading into the NCAA Tournament, Carolina is 24-4 on the year. Their record in the ACC regular season was 10-2, and made it to the semifinals of the ACC Tournament.
