If you look at our staff, our continuity, there’s a lot of factors. One is the staff culture we have. We’re very proud of the way these guys work together. There’s a lot of experience, low ego, and high output with this group. The quality of life in Raleigh is big time. Raising children in this city, or grandchildren, whatever it may be, it’s a great place to live, and so that helps.
