NC State Linebacker Payton Wilson was named the ACC Week 6 Linebacker of the Week for his performance against Marshall. This is back-to-back weeks in which he has earned the honor, and the third time this season. Freshman Wide Receiver Kevin Concepcion was named Rookie of the Week for the 2nd time this year.

For the second straight week and third time this season, Wilson garnered Linebacker of the Week honors. The Butkus Linebacker of the Month for September, Wilson led the Wolfpack in tackles in the win over undefeated Marshall with 14 stops.
