After the surge of commitments this month, NC State’s 2018 recruiting class has made a big move up the national rankings. Coming into June, State’s class was ranked outside the top 50 in the 247Sports composite rankings. The class is now ranked 32nd.
The Wolfpack has added more than a half dozen verbal commitments in June, in the process picking up a number of guys who were sought after by a bunch of other power-conference schools. It had been a pretty slow spring for Dave Doeren and staff but that changed quickly. Camp season (that’s June) can do that.
