Cornerback target Warren Burrell has a final three of NC State, Florida, and Tennessee and announced this weekend that he’ll be making his choice on July 27. Burrell is a consensus three-star prospect (Rivals rates him as a four-star prospect, though) from Suwanee, Georgia.
Burrell visited all three of his finalists in June, with the Wolfpack getting the last visit of the three. Sometimes it helps to have that last visit, but then again, all of the expert-types over at 247Sports expect Burrell to pick Tennessee. As of now, anyway—things can change in a hurry.
