RALEIGH The N.C State-S.C. State basketball game at PNC Arena is delayed after an S.C State player suffered a medical emergency during a break in the game action.
The player has not been identified.
Emergency medical officials appeared to administer CPR to the player. The teams have left the court and the game has been halted but is expected to resume.
