ESPN’s Jeff Goodman just tweeted that Malik Abu is seriously thinking of moving on from NC State, which would be catastrophic. I am not sure what is going on with the program as it makes no sense as to why Abu would transfer…Sure I can see going to the NBA but is NC State that bad of a place that he would rather transfer and sit out a season? Then play one year and try and turn pro?
If Abu does indeed spur the NBA and decides to transfer then this is a red-flag as everything I know about Abu says that he is a great kid.
