Regretfully, we are not going to be able to provide a Kindle version of the book this year. The service that we used to convert our PDF file into a dynamic Kindle eBook no longer exists, and the alternatives that we have found are cost prohibitive. (They would also require an additional wait of at least two weeks.) The heavy number of tables and charts in FOA 2018 leads to a very difficult Kindle conversion.
