Seahawks players will be guest Starbucks baristas to support Pete Carroll’s charity

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll enlisted some of his players to serve as guest baristas at local Seattle Starbucks locations as a means to support his charity “A Better Seattle.”

The players will appear at select Starbucks locations in Seattle on Tuesday, Sept. 22, according to Starbucks.com.

This is a joint effort with another group called “Alive and Well,” a part of Seattle’s YMCA, which is “dedicated to helping youth prevent and recover from violence and pursue their potential.”

Jackie Liao, director of Community Investments at Starbucks, conveyed these thoughts about the partnerships.
